We have two Day Of Coordination packages that are designed for engaged couples who have decided on the details of their wedding day and then we take charge and implement it.   Eighty Four Events comes in and helps you run your beautiful day, your way. Timelines are our best friend. We want our couple to focus on LOVE, on each other, their guests, and their beautiful day.  With every package, you're getting unparalleled service and attention. We specialize in blended family dynamics and can get every piece of your day moving in the same direction.

Besties Day of Coordination Package

We got you bestie! We're in this together, and Eighty Four Events is going to be with you 30 Days out from your Wedding Day and includes, 

  • Wedding Vision Meeting once hired

  • Finalize and confirm vendor details and payments via phone

  • Weekly check-in

  • Wedding Day Timeline Construction

  • 3 days before the big day- ​1-hour call  to finalize the timeline 

  • Timeline sent to all vendors and Wedding Party

  • Attends Wedding Rehearsal 90 min

  • Wedding Day- Onsite Day of Coordinator provides 8 hours of coordination

  • Cleans up ceremony site 

  • Ensures guests move to next location

HBIC Day of Coordination Package

You have the details down, and you've planned a beautiful Wedding Day... but you want to enjoy the days leading up without all the stress. Your HBIC is available 60 days out for weekly checking. HBIC includes all of the Bestie Package perks PLUS, â€‹

  • Works directly with your vendors and attends any final vendor meetings requested within 60 days of the Big Day

  • Works with your vendors to create timelines and lists (photographer, DJ, Venue Coordinator if applicable)

  •  On-site Venue walk-through week-of

  • Creates  a seating chart for the reception that makes perfect sense

  • Oversees vendor load in 

  • Wedding Day - On-site Day of Coordinator provides 10 hours of coordination

  • Distributes Gratuities

Full Planner Package

Full-blown Wedding Planner.

Unwavering Support. 

Whatever you'd like to call it...we'll be there for you to help you plan the wedding of your dreams from the day you hire Eighty Four Events. We will be there for you as much or as little as you want us to be present for! This  Quintessential Full Planning Package includes everything from the Bestie and HBIC packages PLUS, 

  • Creates a Wedding Vision Board with the couple

  • Calls and schedules initial vendor consultation and meetings

  • Coordinates the calendar for the couple to ensure everyone is available 

  • Negotiates vendor prices

  • Ensures orders are placed throughout

  • Communicate with vendors as needed from the day we are hired​

  • Wedding Day- On-site Wedding Planner and Assistant arrives as early as needed and stays throughout the entire day or as requested 

  • Setup/Clean-up 

  • Ensures all rental items & clothing are properly secured for return
